Size guide

Choose a design and colour, then check its product details before ordering.

Cat trees: Measure the available floor space and height, allowing clearance around the platforms.
Floor-to-ceiling trees: Compare your ceiling height with the selected option’s adjustment range and installation requirements.
Beds: Compare your cat’s relaxed sleeping space with the bed’s internal dimensions.
Exercise wheels: Check the running surface, overall footprint and installation guidance for the selected design.
Daily care: Allow room for opening lids, removing trays and cleaning.

Check the selected option’s stated weight limits. If dimensions or fit guidance are missing, contact us before choosing.

Terms of service

Draft for review — not an active store policy.

These terms cover consumer orders placed through Bengal Buddy. The seller is [legal trader name and business status to be confirmed], trading as Bengal Buddy. Contact contact@bengalbuddy.co.uk or write to 65 Bulstrode Avenue, Hounslow, London, TW3 3AA, United Kingdom. This is our correspondence address; contact us for the correct return destination.

Ordering and payment. Orders are placed in English. Check your chosen design, colour, quantity and delivery details before paying. Prices are in pounds sterling. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the total payable are shown before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout.

[Proposed acceptance rule — confirm the actual checkout and email workflow before approval: an automatic order receipt acknowledges your request; we accept your order when we send an email expressly confirming acceptance.] If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you with available options. We will not substitute a product without your agreement, and you may cancel the affected item for a refund.

Product details. Choose the exact product option and check its dimensions, materials and installation instructions. Showroom scenes illustrate styling and approximate placement. They do not replace the selected product’s description or specifications. Contact us before ordering if a detail you need is missing.

Delivery. Free delivery applies to eligible mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and other offshore locations are excluded. Postcode restrictions may also apply and will be disclosed before ordering.

We normally process orders within one to two business days, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery periods vary by product and option. Where a listing’s delivery estimate includes processing, do not add that time again. Products may be dispatched from outside the UK. Multiple items may arrive separately; tracking is provided when available. Any delivery period exceeding 30 days must be agreed before purchase. If an agreed deadline is missed, your legal rights to require delivery or cancel remain available.

Cancelling an order. You may cancel an ordinary online goods order without giving a reason, including before dispatch. Tell us no later than 14 days after the day you receive the goods; where one order arrives on different days, the period normally runs from receipt of the last item. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods, unless we arrange collection. Email us with your order details and a clear cancellation statement. Sourcing a standard product to order does not remove this right.

Return transport. For eligible cat trees and pole or wall climbing furniture, we arrange free change-of-mind return transport through a prepaid service or collection, as described in our Refund policy. Contact us before booking or paying for transport. For other postal returns, you pay the disclosed direct postage cost. Any customer-paid return cost for goods unsuitable for normal post must be explained before purchase. We charge no restocking fee.

Refunds. You may inspect goods as you reasonably would in a shop. Where legally permitted, we may deduct a reduction in value caused by handling beyond that inspection. Cancellation refunds include the product price and standard outward delivery charge, but not an additional premium for express delivery. Refunds use your original payment method without a refund fee. For returns we do not collect, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or earlier evidence of return. Where we offer collection, or cancellation occurs before delivery, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Your rights and information. Goods must meet your legal rights, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Contact us about faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. We bear reasonable return costs where required by law. Product warranties do not replace your rights. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an existing contract.
