Shipping policy

Delivery

We offer free delivery to eligible UK mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently offer delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or offshore islands. Postcode restrictions may also apply; please contact contact@bengalbuddy.co.uk before ordering if you are unsure whether your address is covered.

Shipping and import charges included

Standard shipping, customs duty, import VAT and carrier handling fees required to deliver your order to an eligible address are covered by Bengal Buddy within the selling price. You will not be asked to pay these costs separately on delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected payment for these charges, contact contact@bengalbuddy.co.uk so we can arrange payment or resolve it; Bengal Buddy remains responsible for the included costs.

Processing and delivery estimates

Allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We arrange dispatch and delivery directly to your address.

Delivery times vary by product and selected option. Please read the delivery estimate shown in the listing before ordering. Where an estimate says it includes order processing, do not add the processing time again. Some products are shipped by land from overseas and take substantially longer than UK-stocked items.

Multiple items and tracking

Multiple items may arrive in separate parcels. We will provide tracking information when it becomes available.

Availability and delays

Product availability can change. If we cannot supply an item or meet the agreed delivery arrangements, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation and a refund where applicable. Contact contact@bengalbuddy.co.uk if your delivery is delayed or an item arrives damaged. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
